It is my life’s work to help people heal and grow—I’ve guided many on this sacred journey.
My practice integrates a traditional therapeutic relationship with cutting-edge experiential techniques (Brainspotting, EMDR, Guided Imagery) that access the innate and intuitive wisdom of the body and the mind. Deep and lasting emotional and psychological healing is possible.
Brainspotting is a powerful mind/body therapeutic tool that I’ve been using, along with other experiential techniques, for over 20 years. Brainspotting helps clients focus beyond their cognitive awareness and abilities allowing for more complete processing of memories, events, and traumas, producing deep healing and emotional release.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or EMDR is a therapeutic technique I use along with Brainspotting to help people suffering from trauma and related symptoms. I studied and practiced EMDR for 12 years with many people who achieved good results alleviating their symptoms.
